NVM! I just got on the scale and i lost like 2 pounds over night? 171!!!!!!!Like i binged last night and everything? Its weird but it seems like when i go way over my calorie limit one day i lose weight the next day, but when i don’t i just maintain or only go down a little the next day. Does anyone know why this is?

Today was so hard. I binged and i havent done it in so long like i just feel like I’m gonna be like this forever and if thats true then i have to kill myself. I hope i can change but i just don’t know. I have a mood disorder and i don’t know if ill ever be able to get over it. I just don’t know anymore but tomorrows a new day so idek.
